Commissions Moodboard 2.jpg

Where to start?

Commissioning a piece of bespoke jewellery can be daunting. However we will ensure that throughout the commission you are included.

Each commissions begins with a meeting to discuss your ideas, designs, deadline and budget. along with any other requirements to turn your ideas into the perfect bespoke piece of fine jewellery.

You may already have a clear idea of what you have in mind or perhaps you would like some guidance and this is our job to help you through this stage and offer suggestions and more ideas.

There’s a misconception that bespoke costs more.

In fact we will work to the budget you have in mind and can find ways of creating a statement piece that suits. We will make recommendations with the design and suggest stones accordingly to fit your requirements.

If you don’t know where to begin then we will guide you, offering options and advice to help you decide the stones and metal that fit the budget.

Additionally, we can take a family ring, necklace or brooch and use it as the starting point for a brand-new piece, giving it a new lease of life.

The Design

Once the budget is set and the initial ideas have been talked over, we will put pencil to paper and draw up some designs to show you.

With these designs we can then refine and amend them, sometime we will make a number of changes to get the design right. It is part of the process and a great way to eliminate some ideas and narrow down the choice.

Working with international clients or if you are unable to visit the studio we will email the designs to you.

We will source a selection of diamonds or coloured gemstones for you to choose from to suit your requirements and budget.

All our gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers in the UK and Europe and we only use diamonds that are conflict-free.

Once the design and stones have been agreed we will take a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) before we start making.
